Important Notice – ResultsVault Major Upgrade

We are very proud to announce the release of ResultsVault: Version 4. You'll notice many enhancements to ResultsVault including:

· An improved menu layout

· Enhanced security features

· More capabilities to manage rep teams and carnivals

· A new draw wizard and much more

KEY CHANGES

New Menu "Modes" to make navigation easier

To allow us to continue to add new features and ensure these are easy to find, we have split the menus into different modes. You can easily switch modes through the easy to use dropdown list in the top navigation bar.

· Competition Participation – allows you to select teams, enter match results / player scores, player transfers/ clearances. This mode covers anything relevant to managing a team and participating in a competition that someone else is running.

· Competition Management – all competition management functions including grade and fixture setup, ladders, umpire/referee management. This mode is available for organisations running competitions.

· Organisation – core organisation tasks such as adding office bearers, creating new admin users, updating organisation details. This mode is used by all organisations.

· Website (SportzVault) – for managing and adding content to your SportzVault website. (This mode is only available if you have an active SportzVault website.)

NB: The Communications menu is available in both the Teams and Competitions view as the options available depend on whether you are running a competition or managing a team.

Improved Security Features to share the workload

Organisations can now further restrict access of their administrators with new Role and Grade based security features, which enhances the security setup currently available. This function is particularly useful for clubs with lots of teams and those with senior and junior participants. Organisations can give Administrators, Team Managers or Coaches restricted Role Access (eg: Senior Players only) and/or Grade Access (eg: U15 & B Grade). This restricts security further, allowing access only to selected People and/or selected Grades. The Grade restriction also simplifies menus by only displaying the grades users have access to, reducing the risk of accidentally entering the results for the wrong grade.

Competition Participation

If you are an Association that enters representative teams in regional, state or other competitions then you will be pleased to hear that you can now manage your rep teams through one login to your Association account, rather than having to access a separate "rep team" account.
