Before an Association user can create Registration Types, the relevant State Body will need to configure the State level Registration Types. Any questions about the available Registration Types should be directed to the relevant State Body. |

Click Add Registration Type or Edit link to open up Registration Type Edit screen for specifying details.
The following table describes each of the fields on the page
Field | Field Description |
---|---|
Parent Type | For adding registration type, this is compulsory . Select the appropriate registration types that have been created by parent organisation For editing a registration type, this is displayed only. |
Registration Type Group | This is not editable and automatically filtered through in association with selected parent registration type. |
Name | Enter name of the Registration Type or edit the existing name. |
Description | Enter specific description for the Registration Type. |
Age Range | Validation criteria. Setting the minimum and maximum age that is eligible for this registration type. |
Active | Determines whether or not the Registration Type is active. (Types that are no longer in use should be made inactive) |
Default Fee | The fee that must be paid to the current association for every person that is registered with this Registration Type (or a Registration Type that inherits from this Registration Type). |
Financial Type | Financial / Non-Financial. |
Default Person Role | Registrant will be assigned to this selected default role as soon as he/she is registered with the registration type |
Registration Business Rules | Discounting Secondary: Participants registered multiple times to this type will only pay once per period. |
