Person Filter/Recipient List Synchronisation
A Person Filter defines a collection Email addresses from Person Filters - static or dynamic lists of person records within the current organisation (or child organisations). Filters may be dynamic or static.In order to synchronize the email addresses from a Person Filter into a organisation- can be automatically synchronized into a SendGrid Recipient List for subsequent use within the SendGrid :system.
- On the Newsletter Manager Recipient List Synchronization page, all Person Filters you have previously set up will be listed.
- Check the Enable Sync checkbox
- Click the Synchronize Now Link. If this is the first time you have synchronized the list it may take several minutes to complete (subsequent synchronizations will be much quicker). Synchronization takes place in the background, so you can leave the page and come back later to check the results.
- After the synchronization is complete, the number of records in the Source (i.e. the Person Filter) and Target (i.e. the SendGrid Recipient List) are displayed with the name of the Recipient List and date/time last synchronized. There may be differences in these numbers due to duplicated or extra email addresses (see points below).
