Although most of the tasks are completed online, admin users still have the need of extracting person data for different purposes e.g. reporting, newsletters sending.

Thus, the ability to download these information are essential to Resultsvault. A list of persons that meet certain criteria could be sorted out and downloaded using the below three options

Using default person list

Go to Organisation/Competition Management/Participation Management >> People >> Person List
Here you are able to use all below filtering criteria such as role, sub-role, name, date of birth, gender, drilling down to child organisation's database and find for the one that meet your need.

Select fields for displaying on the download list

Memberships > Downloading Person List > download_personlist.png

Scroll down the page and click on Download link

Using custom person list

Go to Organisation or Competition >>People >> Custom Person Lists > Manage
A Custom Person List must have been created to view first. Unlike the default list, this contains all additional information collected by the active organisation using Custom Person Field

Using person filter

Go to Organisation or Competition >>People >>Person Filter
A Person Filter must have been created to view first. It looks pretty much the same as default person list yet in shorter version because people who are shortlisted here meet a certain static or dynamic filtering criteria. The filter is saved in this place for future usage without having to sorting out again.
