The Newsletter Manager integrates with a 3rd party provider - SendGrid - to provide the ability to send Newsletters (know within SendGrid as 'Marketing Emails') to large numbers of recipients. 

The SendGrid platform provides a sophisticated Newsletter management and creation interface, and also manages statistics such as Unsubscribes, Bounces, and Open rates etc.

Integration with ResultsVault provides a way to automatically synchronize the email addresses from Person Filters into a SendGrid Recipient List, which can then be used to send the emails.

Click the link on the portal page to access SendGrid. This will sign you in using the primary credentials of your SendGrid account. Before accessing SendGrid, synchronize any Person Filters that you wish to use as Recipient Lists.

 

 

Setup

Your organisation must be manually setup for integration with SendGrid before you can send emails.

Please contact support if the messages on the Newsletter Portal indicates setup has not been complete.
