Go to the Account Recovery link on one of the following Login portals:

Find your details, using your:

  • Participant ID,
  • Email address or
  • Personal details (First Name, Last Name + DOB).

If your details are found, and you have an account set up already, you can send a Reset Password email to your Login email address.

Your details should show an account status of “Account Exists” and the Reset Password button.

If you do not have an account set up, and your details are on record, you can follow the Create Login workflow to create an account for yourself.

If you have sent yourself a Reset Password email via the Advanced Recovery screen, and you have not received it within 2 hours of sending it, please contact support via this link and provide us with the email address you’re having trouble with.

Reasons why you may not have received the email:

  • Your email is in your Junk Mail folder
  • Your mailbox is full, so you can't receive any more emails
  • The email address you searched for in the system exists against your Personal details, but is not the Login email for your account.  When sending yourself a Reset Password email, check the response error message that indicates which email address your Reset Password email will be sent to.
The response error message looks like this:

Contact Support if you would like your email address stored in your Personal details to become your new Login email address.

You can update your Login email to be the same as your profile email by logging into your Player Portal and selecting Change your login account details on the header bar in your name dropdown.

Enter (and confirm) your new email and update your account.  Follow the email link to verify your new account login email.

A linked account is one where a single Login email can be used by multiple participants - such as a parent email account linked to multiple children accounts.

Access Linked records via your name dropdown in the header, or go to Link or unlink records to change your linked accounts.

You can link accounts that use your Login email (such as other family members) by searching for other records to Link.  This way, you can have a single Login email, and view all family details.

You can unlink accounts that are no longer required to be linked (such as children who have their own email address) by selecting Unlink on a linked account.  You can unlink accounts at any time.

You can link accounts via the Search for other records to Link button, and select other records matching your Login email.

When you are logged into the Player Portal, click your name on the header bar, and then switch to another user in the Linked Records dropdown.

You can search for your details on the following Login portals:

Find your details, by entering in one of these three fields and press Find:

  • Participant ID,
  • Email address or
  • Personal details (First Name, Last Name + DOB).

If you are unsure of your Participant ID or email address, the best search is via Personal details (First Name, Last Name + DOB).

If you cannot find your details in our database, and you think you have signed up before, please contact Support to query this further.

If the Status of your account shows “Email Exists”, then you don't have a Login ID yet, and you will need to create a Login by selecting Create Login.
