Create Draw with Fixture Slots

This Document is a brief guide outlining the process of creating draws using Fixture Slots.

Before beginning this process you should make sure the following tasks have been completed.

1. Add fixture slots to a grade - All venues and start times should exist in the database. 
2. Allocate teams to grades - All of your grading should be finished prior to fixture creation.
3. Fixture Template Uploads - If you have a fixture template, contact support to have it uploaded.
4. Match Type Creation - All of your required match types should be created with the appropriate duration set.

Once these tasks are done, you are ready to create the Draw using the Create Draw screen, taking care to:

1. Select the Fixture Templates in Step 1 - Start Creating Draw.
2. Select the Fixture Slots under Venue Allocation Method in Step 1 - Start Creating Draw.
3. Complete Draw Creation (Steps 1 - 7 - Review/Submit is complete).
