Users at the State level are able to set state level limitations on the Period parameters set at the national level as well as create Derived member sign up types which inherit the characteristics of the types created at the National level. These elements allow for a customised approach to the member registration types which are available to child organisations without deviating from the structure set at the National level.

State level users should perform the following tasks

  • Check the details of the National Registration period and apply any state specific restrictions to that period
  • Check the details of the National Level registration types and create any derived types which will be required.

- How are payments recorded?The State Body is responsible for managing the Regional settings that dictate Registration Management for their affiliates. 

Specifically, the State Body must configure Derived Registration Periods and Types using the framework set by the National Governing Body. From these Regional Periods and Types, affiliated entities can then derive further periods and types as required. State Bodies can also manage accounts and track payments via Registration Management.
