Purpose

All participants who have a valid e-mail address entered in their person record may login as a participant to do things such as:

  • Edit their own details
  • Change their password
  • View a list of organisations that their record is associated with, and in certain cases to remove the ability for that organisation to edit their record.

Depending on the Role held at an organisation (e.g. Player, umpire) other information may be accessed and updated such as:

  • Entering availability for matches (players)
  • Viewing statistics (players)
  • Viewing match allocations and assessments (umpires)
  • and more...

Login

A person must have a valid email address entered in their person record for a Login to be created. To login a participant needs to know:

ID Number

Every player who has a record created for them with ResultsVault will have a corresponding ID Number. To find a player's ID Number:

  • A logged in Administrator can conduct a ??Searching player
  • A player can conduct a search through the ResultsVault Home site for their sport (the site will need to be customised to an organisation the player is affiliated with)
  • Umpires and other participants should contact the organisation (eg club/association) that created their record to obtain their ID number

Password

If a participant has never logged in before they will not have been assigned a password.

  1. Click the link below to create a login
  2. At the next screen enter your ID Number.
  3. A password will be immediately emailed to the email address provided in your person record.
  4. The password may be changed after logging in.

Note - if an email address has not been entered, or if you do not know your ID, please contact the organisation (eg club/association) that created your record. Organisations can also create logins for their participants in which case you will have received an email containing the login details.

The home page provides some shortcuts to getting quick access to information about your:

  • profile
  • matches
  • availability
  • forms and purchases
  • learning.

In the top right-hand corner, the current organisation that you are affiliated with is selected. This affects the information that is shown in some of the subsequent screens - like information relating to matches.

You can change the current organisation you wish to view information for by clicking on the organisation name in any of the main screens.

You will then be able to select another organisation to which you are linked.

The list of organisations indicates for which organisations you are currently registered as a player, and also for which you are registered as an umpire.

 

 

 

Note

The system defaults the current organisation to the organisation you last had as the current organisation when you logged out.
