A Club can view the total amount that is owing to the parent association, state organisation and national governing body, within certain date range.
To view a detailed account of each child organisation, click on the Detail link:

The following tables indicate the data fields included in the Detail Download Report extract

| transaction_date | The date the most recent transaction was recorded. |
| entity_id | The ID of the organisation that the current user is logging into. |
| cp_entity_id | The ID of the child organisation. |
| balance_after | The balance of the account after each transaction. |
| amount | The current balance of the child organisation's account. |
| amount_debit | The amount debited from the account balance by each transaction. |
| amount_credit | The amount credited to the account by each transaction. |
| trans_type_name | The name of the transaction type. |
| trans_journal | Details of the transaction. |
| cp_entity_name | The name of the child organisation. |
