Purpose

This page allows the configuration of Awards and Player Votes, which apply to both Captain's and Umpire's Reports.
Changing votes configuration only applies to votes which have not yet been entered and does not affect previously entered votes.

(Organisations) To configure Award setup Go to Mode: Competition Management Menu: Competition -> Matches -> Voted Awards -> Voted Awards Management

(Clubs) To Enter Votes Go to Mode: Competition Participation Menu: Matches -> Enter Votes

Votes configuration

• Total Votes given in a match - refers to the sum of votes that must be awarded in a particular match. The total must be within the minimum and maximum ranges (inclusive).
• Votes given to an individual player - refers to the votes that can be awarded to one player. The votes must be within the minimum and maximum ranges (inclusive).
• Number of players that must be given votes - refers to the number of players that must be awarded votes in a particular match. The number of players must be within the minimum and maximum ranges (inclusive).

Default Settings

The default settings refer to the votes configuration that applies to all grades - however these can be overridden for individual grades as explained below.

1. Enter values (must be whole numbers) in the six edit boxes
2. Click the Update button to save changes

Grade Settings

The grade settings refer to the votes configuration that applies to an individual grade and overrides the default settings.

1. Select the grade from the dropdown list
2. Select Use settings below
3. Enter values (must be whole numbers) in the six edit boxes
4. Click the Update button to save changes
5. To revert a grade to the default settings:
