Hierarchical view

Items can be created in a manner such that items can be optionally be nested under headings to any level. When editing, items are represented as a tree structure, which can be expanded, collapsed as necessary. Also, items can be moved around at will by simply dragging and dropping (see below).
Terminology: An item that has child items nested beneath it is termed a 'Heading item', and an item with no child items is termed a 'Person item'. On the public site, headings are given a different background colour, and items under each heading level are indented accordingly.*Examples:*1. Flat structure (no headings used - all items are 'person items')

Any number of heading levels can be used - eg heading items can contain other heading items.
